Processing of personal data
1.1. According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the Protection of Individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, modified and completed, Austrodach Profile SRL are obliged to administer in the safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data we provide.
1.3. The purpose of data collection is:
– informing Clients / Buyers about the situation of their Account, including validating, dispatching and invoicing the Orders, resolving cancellations or problems of any kind related to the Order, the purchased goods and services,
– sending newsletters and / or periodic alerts by using e-mail (e-mail, SMS)
– market research, tracking and monitoring sales and customer / buyer behavior.
– Drawing up the processes and documents necessary for the collaboration according to the legal norms in force with both own resources and outsourcing of these services.
1.4. By completing the data in the account creation and / or order form the Buyer declares and accepts unconditionally that his / her personal data are included in the Austrodach Profile SRL database and expressly and unambiguously agrees that all such personal data be stored, used and processed for the purpose specified in point 1.3 above.
1.5. By the right of access to the date, the right to intervene, the right to object, the right not to be subjected to an individual decision, the right of customs clearance, the address of the justice in case of violation of the rights guaranteed by the Law 677/2001 for the protection of persons with regard to data processing with personal data and the free movement of such data.

SC Austrodach Profile SRL, you can exercise the right of intervention on the data, as the case may be:
1.7.1. Correcting, updating, blocking or deleting data is inconsistent with the provisions of Law 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, in particular incomplete or inaccurate data;
1.7.2. The anonymous transformation of the data and its processing does not comply with the provisions of Law 677/2001 for the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Movement of such Data;
1.7.3. Notification to third parties to whom the data have been disclosed, if such notification is not proved impossible or does not involve a disproportionate effort to the legitimate interest that might be harmed.
1.8. Austrodach Profile SRL may also provide the personal data of the buyer of other companies with which it is affiliated but only under a confidentiality commitment on their part and only for the purposes stated to ensure that such data is retained safe and that the provision of this personal information is made according to the legislation in force, as follows:
courier service providers, marketing service providers, payment / bank service providers, insurers, telemarketing or other services provided by companies with whom we can develop joint marketing programs for our goods and services.
1.9. The personal purchaser’s information may also be provided to the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Police, the courts and other competent authorities of the State, on the basis and within the limits of the legal provisions and following a request expressly made.
